Regenerative
Renaissance Gatherings
Systems change · regeneration · celebration. A travelling series of co-hosted gatherings weaving communities of changemakers into one wider, living web.
The Renaissance
A rebirth is emerging. Let’s gather for it.
Across the world, communities are redesigning how we live — how we grow food, share value, govern ourselves and celebrate together. The Regenerative Renaissance Gatherings bring these communities into one room, one garden, one dance floor at a time. Each gathering is co-hosted by communities of changemakers, so that every edition physically weaves a wider web.
The series was launched on the SEEDS × Semo community call of 1 July 2026 — and now travels from Amsterdam to the Catalan coast, the Atlantic cliffs of Portugal, and onward across the ocean to the Columbia River Gorge for the equinox.
Systems Change
New patterns for money, governance, data and ownership — bridges from the old economy to the new. Centered in Amsterdam.
Regeneration
Soil, water, food and community — restoring the living systems that hold us. Centered on the Costa Brava.
Celebration
Ceremony, music, dance and shared meals — because a renaissance is something you can feel. Centered in Portugal.
Every gathering carries all three movements — each edition simply turns one of them toward the light.

Hosted by
Held by many hands, around the world
The gatherings are hosted by many different people, organisations, networks, systems and communities around the world — each edition carried by those who hold it. SEEDS and Semo are among the hosts, joining the editions alongside everyone else.
SEEDS
A host · Regeneration
Sowing Economically and Ecologically Decentralized Societies: a pioneering movement building an Earth-friendly economy since 2017 — 11,500 wallet holders in 85 countries and more than twenty spin-off organisations. SEEDS is a compass for system exchange and a steward of the regenerative movement.
Semo
A host · Systems Change
The next evolution of the SEEDS vision: a mass-market bridge from the old economy to the new. From the Semo Shopping App and its transparency score to community-governed economics, Semo builds the everyday tools of the transition — and facilitates the exchange between systems, old and new.

Strengthening the web of changemakers
The Regenerative Renaissance Gatherings bring different groups, organisations and communities together — with strong alignment on systems change and regeneration — to strengthen interconnectedness in the web of changemakers in the emerging renaissance.
It’s a unique opportunity: take a beautiful stage with your project and its members, get exposure and extend your reach — while contributing to the gathering by activating your own network.
